Frédéric Vaissade founded the consultancy firm GOODPROJECT in 2013, with the goal of providing social and environmental solutions to build a more sustainable world; and in order to provide you with his dual business/technical expertise (HEC school of management: over 12 years of management experience at local, national, European, and international levels; setting up and managing projects, training project managers and students, and selecting projects within a funding agency).




Henri Védrine has over 25 years of experience in setting up and managing projects (consulting, training, expertise), with a specialization in the environmental field and a strong interest in waste management and risk analysis. Henri has worked with industrial partners, local authorities, public and private organisations at national and international levels. Henri also provides a very strong network for supporting the projects.



With strong experience in communication and an emphasis on how to write clear and impactful texts (for both communication purposes and for proposal writing), Sophie has been in charge of the communication and dissemination of several european projects. Sophie is also excellent at polishing any text for both substance and form. She brings with her an artistic and alternative point of view.



Yueshan LIU is a post graduate student finishing her Master degree of European affairs at Sorbonne University in Paris, specializes in the economic law of the EU, EU policies and political science. She is a tri-lingual researcher and communicator. Her experience includes customs broker for international trades and interpreter for the UN Framework Convention of Climate Change. She is now an intern project manager at GOODPROJECT. 


Julien Vieillefont specializes in web development for small to medium-size companies and organisations (web design, content development, e-commerce, SEO, database management, social media management). His experience includes website building for research teams and their projects. Julien holds a MSc in Management from the HEC School of Management, as well as a specialisation in “Management and New Technologies” from Telecom ParisTech.



Innovation Design contributors


Frederique is a 15-years-experienced innovation project engineer. She received an engineer master degree in innovation and industrial systems (ENSGSI - Nancy) and a complementary master degree in strategy and corporate finance (Cnam – Paris). She excels at interfacing between people with different skills in order to make innovative projects merge and become real. She has set up an innovation network for the City of Paris among which more than 80 people from different departments and with different skills work together.

A Jung

A Jung LIM is a 10 year-skilled Interdisciplinary user experience designer dedicated to bring innovative digital solutions. She has experience in suggesting new utilities for new technologies invented in European laboratories (CEA, Ecole polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne). In order to drive research in strategy, conception, prototype parts, she has collaborated with multinational firms (Optopartners, Enthoven design consultants, Sisa education, Dufresne Corrigan Scarlette, etc.). Keeping a good connection with Korea, she recently gave a course at Pohang University in Creative IT Convergent Department.
